Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Free Shipping

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.

Orders Dispatched by Us

For products fulfilled directly by Fiona Finds Balance, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of receiving it. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days via standard UK delivery.

Orders Fulfilled by Our Suppliers

Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers. These items are clearly part of our curated collection but may be shipped separately from other items in your order.

Estimated delivery for supplier-fulfilled items: 1–3 business days

If your order contains both types of items, you may receive more than one parcel — this is completely normal and not a cause for concern.
