Our Returns Promise

We want you to love everything you order from Fiona Finds Balance. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.


Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Undamaged, unworn, and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned within 14 days of your return request being approved

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.


Exchanges

Yes, we offer exchanges! If you'd like a different item or size, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.


Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the original order value (excluding any original postage costs) to your original payment method.


Supplier-Fulfilled Items

Some items in your order may be fulfilled by one of our trusted suppliers. Returns for these items follow the same 14-day policy. Simply contact us and we'll coordinate the return with the supplier on your behalf — you don't need to contact them directly.
